This webinar, organised by University of Milano-Bicocca as part of the INVEST Community of Practice on Lifelong Learning, explores how lifelong learning principles can be effectively integrated into teaching and curriculum design. The session will highlight inclusive approaches to support disadvantaged learners, present learner-centred pedagogical models in adult education, and showcase a practical example through the Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Energy at UNIMIB.
SPEAKERS
Andrean Lazarov (UARD) – Expert in inclusive education; involved in international projects on inclusive teaching, curriculum design, and support for diverse learners.
Konstantinos Ninikas (UTH) – Senior lecturer at UTH and experience in adult pedagogy and learner-centred curriculum design, with experience in innovative teaching methodologies.
Andrea Zanchi (UNIMIB) – Professor with extensive experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary teaching; contributed to the development of the Joint Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Energy within INVEST.
