Looking back over the past 17 years, I can see how every small experience, every international collaboration, and every idea for student mobility has shaped what I do today. Working in international affairs has taught me that real impact doesn’t come only from strategies or programs - it comes from the people who bring them to life and from the environment in which they work. Over the years, I’ve learned that ideas for student exchanges and partnerships become reality thanks to the motivation, dedication, and energy of the team. When colleagues feel valued, supported, and encouraged, they are more creative, engaged, and willing to take initiatives that leave a lasting impact. This is why a positive working environment and staff well-being are so essential - they create the space where people can share ideas freely, grow, and achieve meaningful results.

My experience with the INVEST European University Alliance has been especially rewarding. International work here goes far beyond coordination - it is about a shared vision, collaboration, and creating real opportunities for students to broaden their academic and cultural horizons. Every initiative and every student mobility is supported by a team that understands success begins with people and their well-being. Looking back, what gives me the most satisfaction is seeing how team engagement and a supportive, positive atmosphere turn into tangible opportunities for students and leave a lasting impact on international academic collaboration. I have also realized that working in this environment inspires continuous learning, personal growth, and a sense of purpose - reminding me every day that when we invest in our people, they invest back in the ideas and projects that truly make a difference.
