This workshop explores the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen — continuous improvement through small, consistent changes — and its relevance for sustainable organizational development and personal growth.
Participants will gain insight into the historical roots and core principles of Kaizen. Through practical examples, the lecture will demonstrate how small, systematic improvements can generate long-term, sustainable impact. The session will also include a guided reflection exercise, encouraging participants to identify improvements they can implement in their own professional or personal context.
