Virtual Campus
- Invest Virtual Campus is the basic tool of the alliance which manages the study affair and also provides access to the staff and students, giving them opportunities to be involved in the development of the alliance's common degrees and courses (at all levels including the lifelong learning), mobilities and training/learning materials. EDUC8EU integrated platform will be utilized for the provision of consistent decision support for students by processing specific learner and organizational parameters derived from our research and analysis.

Home News INVEST Summer School 2025 - Mediterrenian Diet, Biodiversity and Functional Food (MEDEA)

The international Summer School aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Mediterranean diet, organic farming, and their impact on health, biodiversity, and sustainability. With a special focus on modern sustainable practices and the One Health approach, the program equips students with scientific knowledge and practical skills to promote healthy lifestyles and environmental stewardship.

Through expert lectures, field surveys, workshops, cultural visits, and hands-on assignments, participants will gain direct experience in cultivating, processing, and evaluating Mediterranean food products, while exploring their agricultural, medical, social, and environmental significance.

Credits: 3 ECTS

When:
Preliminary online phase: 24.06.2025
Onsite phase: 15.09.2025 – 20.09.2025

Where: Online and in Marsala, Western Sicily, Italy
Language: English

• For students of INVEST partner universities
• English language level B2
• Fields: Medicine, Biological and Agricultural Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Nutrition
• BS (3rd, 4th year)
• MS all levels
