This webinar, organised by University of Milano-Bicocca focuses on key competences for lifelong learning, with particular attention to digital, transversal, and reflective skills. It will explore European frameworks such as LifeComp, approaches to enhancing employability and reflexivity, and the role of external stakeholders in shaping lifelong learning ecosystems. The session will also present practices in continuing education, highlighting how universities can support learners throughout different stages of their personal and professional development.
