The workshop is aimed at developing key skills in the field of effective communication and active listening in a multicultural and international environment. Participants will learn how to overcome language and cultural barriers, improve understanding and build trust across different cultural contexts. Through practical exercises and model situations, they will master techniques that lead to a clearer, more empathetic and purposeful way of communicating in a global work environment.
Ing. Veronika Hrdá PhD. works at the Institute of Economics and Management of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, where her teaching and research activities focus on management, human resource management, and the organization of managerial work and she currently holds the position of a coordinator for international students. Therefore one of her activities is oriented on effective communication with the international students. She is currently focusing on topics related to well-being and satisfaction of employees of higher education institutions on the workplace.
