INVEST STAFF WEEK ON QUALITY EXCELLENCE – PLOVDIV, 29 SEPTEMBER TO 3 OCTOBER 2025

The University of Agribusiness and Rural Development (UARD) is hosting the INVEST Staff Week on Quality Excellence in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, from 29 September to 3 October 2025.

This international event brings together representatives from the seven partner universities to strengthen collaboration on Quality Assurance (QA) processes.

The week-long programme includes:

• Presentations of QA processes in each partner university.

• A joint workshop to finalize the INVEST QA system and handbook.

• Sessions on the practical implementation of QA systems.

• Development of the framework for the INVEST QA Modeller, led by the University of Thessaly.

• Bilateral meetings with UARD’s team.

In addition to the academic programme, participants will also enjoy cultural visits and networking opportunities, fostering stronger ties across the alliance.
